Horizontal motorized awning

ORIZZONTI is an horizontal motorized awning with heavy duty aluminum rails designed to cover large and roller chain system with pinion and rollers that run along the side channels areas. Suitable for mounting on any framework, particularly appropriate for outdoor wooden or iron trellises, verandas and winter gardens. Ideal for sloping roofs.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Application: horizontal or inclined
Installation: indoors or outdoors
Roller tube: Ø 78 mm / 1.25 mm thick galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric mounting; the tube is positioned next to the motor and the last fabric fold is attached to it with the sole purpose of hiding the motor
Side channels: extruded aluminum rails onto which the flanges and pinion are mounted
Colour: choice of colours, RAL powder enameled
Operation: Double shafted motor (series JA, single phase 230V/50Hz, adjustable range 85 revs, with thermal cut-out, integrated limit switches and IP44 water protection) mounted on an aluminum spindle that is connected to a pinion that moves a roller chain and steel cable inside the side channels. Moving rails in extruded aluminum (one roughly every 70 cm) to which the fabric strips are connected. The first rail is connected to a draw-plate attached to the chain, the other rails are pulled or pushed by the first rail along the guide rails
Mounting: lateral or ceiling
Dimensions: Min. W 100 x H 150 cm – Max W 500 x H 1100 cm
Standard: taut fabric strips when blind fully extended. Loose fabric folds on request
