Low density resin or high density resin? Now, you haven’t to decide on.
We have patent an innovative system, that is clear, self-adjusting, and able to inject different type of material depending on the characteristic of ground.
BEFORE
Till today, the consolidation system based on resin injection required a compromise: to choose only one type of resin, on average suitable for a certain intervention.
This choose has a weakness: resin could be unable to spread and to make compact (when you need power to thrust) or to hold up the building (when you need mechanical performance).
If you use a low density resin, with hight expanding power, you can have a good diffusion, but in case of disjoined soil with macroscopic cavities, the final mechanic resistance could be insufficient.
Instead, an hight density resin, very resistant, in compact soils could make an insufficient ground consolidation and empty index.
THE ADVANTAGES OF MULTIRESIN SYSTEM
With its exclusive patent, Kappazeta doesn’t make a choice anymore: alternately in the same injection different kind of resin, each excellent in its function, assure the required results, adapting to the characteristic of the ground, both previous and created by the intervention.
