ECOLIQUIGUM
Made in ItalyLiquid waterproofing product for asbestos incapsulating
Elastomeric liquid waterproofing product in watery dispersion, based on acrylic additive resins. The product was expressly studied to solve the problem of asbestos fibres’ dispersion released by old asbestos-concrete structures in a cheap, effective and definitive way.
ECOLIQUIGUM is suitable for incapsulating asbestos-concrete slabs in conformity with the Health Ministry Decree of August 20th 1999 and its modifications of July 25th 2001. Ecoliquigum is also ideal to protect polyuretanic foams against U.V. rays. 
CHARACTERISTICS
ECOLIQUIGUM allows to make a continuous waterproofing film which, besides stopping asbestos fibres’ dispersion in the environment, improves the resistance to weather conditions, UV rays and organic colonizations of the treated surfaces.
ECOLIQUIGUM respects human beings and environment, since it is a completely ecological product;
- It does not contain any dangerous substances;
- It does not contain any coal tar;
- It does not contain any asbestos;
- It is available in the colours: white, grey, green, red. USE
ECOLIQUIGUM complies with Law 257/92, with Health Ministry Decrees of 6/9/94 and 20/08/99 and their modifications
and/or integrations and particularly suitable for the reclamation of asbestos-concrete roofing.
It can be used in all the ways provided by Law: removal, incapsulation or covering.
The “ECOLIQUIGUM” complete treatment (see overleaf) was certified by “Istituto Giordano” as “INCAPSULATING OF ASBESTOS FIBRES” PRODUCT in compliance with “Type A” mentioned in the Health Ministry Decree of August 20th 1999 and their modifications of July 25th 2001. ECOLIQUIGUM may be used, but it is not specific for that purpose, for waterproofing of expansion joints, which have to be treated separately through special technologies.
