Frame constructed with tubular steel 20/10, protected on two sides with sheets of silicate-based matrix-free from asbestos cement and mechanically fixed to the structure.
Profiles coverage of extruded aluminum alloy UNI3569 TA16, properly drawn so as to create the bar between the frame and fixed and mobile locations containment seals for hot and cold smoke.
The total thickness of the window can vary between 70 and 95 mm, depending on the class of fire resistance.
Every doors is equipped with:
- steel hinges with three adjustable wings welded to the frame, with rotation on thrust bearings, stainless steel pins;
- self-lock, opening by simple rotation of the handle;
- Yale cylinder type Cisa or nickel plated;
- handles in stainless steel fire and door closers
- self-bolt on the door and secondary door closer regulator, only if two glass doors;
- glass fire Pyrostop composed of slabs with interposed float Extraclear and Apiro material, total thickness from 23 mm to 52 mm, depending on the class of fire resistance;
- surface by painting or anodising with standard colors :1013-3000-5010-6005-7016-7035-8017-9006-9010; anodising: OX silver, black OX, OX bronze.
