Scrigno was founded in 1989 thanks to the brilliant intuition of the Rimini-born entrepreneur Giuseppe Berardi who added an essential element to the traditional concept of “sliding doors”, making Scrigno a unique product that differs from all others available on the market – the innovative concealed door solution.
Mariacristina Berardi currently covers the role of Sole Director in the company.
Scrigno is based in Sant’Ermete, in the municipality of Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN). Company premises cover a total surface area of 51,000 square meters – of which 12,000 square meters of covered factory space and 1,200 square meters of office space.
In 2010, the company opened another new production factory, covering a total surface area of 18,000 square meters, in the town of Savignano sul Rubicone (FC).
France is currently the overseas country where the Scrigno product has achieved the highest level of presence, visibility and popularity. Scrigno France was founded in January 2003; it is situated in the heart of the country, in Montceau Les Mines.
In 2009, Scrigno Spain was founded, Barcelona-based The aim is to create a new network of agents on the entire Spanish territory, increasing market share in the country.
