Premixed fine-bead lightweight ther mal insulating substrate, ready-to-use.
Special water binders and selected aggregates prebatched for 800 kg/m3. Perfectly spherical virgin expanded polystyrene beads with high ther mal insulation power (2 mm Ø), mixed with special E.I.A. additive which allows a per fect mix, excellent pumping and homogeneous distribution of the beads in the mix-polypropylene fibres and s pecial additives.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

• single-layer lightweight ther mal insulating screeds for floor coverings laid with glue. Not suitable for direct laying of resilien t floor coverings.
• lightweight ther mal insulating substrates (with or without gradient for mation),
• lightening and filling castings,
• roof ther mal insulation (pitched or flat roofs with or without gradient formation). Suitable for direct laying of prefabricated waterproofing mantles (ho t bituminous, cold bituminous, cold synthetic) or solvent-free liquid sheaths.
CONSUMPTION/YIELD: 1 m3 of lightweight ther mal insulating mor tar is obtained with 13-14 bags (depending on the
equipment used and the accuracy of the mix).
