Quality Brianza Plastica fiberglass laminates

WHAT IS ELYPLAN
Elyplan is a continuous fiberglass laminate with a Brianza Plastica isophtalic gel-coat. The flexibility of the new production plant allows for the laminate which is best suited to the production criteria to be selected, for application in the controlled temperature transport industry, vehicle cabs, refurbishment of walls, refrigerator cells and translucent roofs for trucks and in other situations where it’s necessary to have a smooth and washable surface, with heightened resistance to the corrosive elements in the environment. The high quality of Elyplan is guaranteed through the use of quality raw materials and of a gel-coat obtained from very elastic isophtalic resin, which ensures resistance to yellowing, waterproofness from water vapour and condensation. Elyplan protects the sensitive elements of the panel perfectly from humidity, be they expanded insulation or stratified wood and retains the values of the insulation to ensure that the ATP certificate is retained on a long term basis and that the refrigerating machines give the best possible performance.
Agg. ELYPLAN is available in rolls of a maximum height of 3200 mm and length as required of up to 180 metres and plates cut to measure (no detail).

ELYPLAN MODELS
Elyplan is available in 2 gel-coat finishes
G-200 for applications which are less exposed to aggressive environmental elements, such as ceilings.
G-400for exposed applications with particular requirements.

ELYPLAN MATERIALS
The ortophtalic resins used in Elyplan are accurately selected with reduced styrene content, stabilized for UV rays and minimal shrinkage.
The gel-coat used for Elyplan is isophtalic, anti UV, suitable for contact with foodstuff.
The reinforced glass fiber can be varied, upon request, in accordance with the use to which the plate will be put:
Roving: from bobbins, cut on site for applications of limited added value
Mat: Cut and prepackaged in various TEX fibres for applications with enhanced aesthetic factors
Matting (glass fabric): for applications where high impact resistance is required, light in weight and more flexible

ELYPLAN COLORS
The standard colour of Elyplan is white: opaque and translucent. Elyplan can be personalised in RAL table colours or other, even for small quantities.

GLUEING METHODS
Elyplan’s planarity and its “Corona effect” treatment allows for perfect adhesion in the employment of mono/bi polyurethanic components and hot-melt. The Corona treatment has been employed by Brianza Plastica since 1995 with excellent results.

PACKAGING, TRANSPORT, IDENTIFICATION AND TRACEABILITY
Elyplan rolls, as well as on the pallets, travel freely on wooden supports placed directly inside the vehicle designated to their transport, the plates are transported on pallets. To allow for the identification and traceability of the product, the roll is equipped with specific serialised identification stickers.
